SHIPPING POLICY

ElixDose currently ships eligible products to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

If an item requires additional processing time, this will be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

United States:
Standard delivery: 7–12 business days
Shipping fee: $6.99
Free standard shipping: Orders of $75 or more

United Kingdom:
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
Shipping fee: £6.99
Free standard shipping: Orders of £65 or more

Canada:
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
Shipping fee: C$9.99
Free standard shipping: Orders of C$100 or more

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping fees and taxes.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to display movement after a shipping label is created.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or other government charges.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them. ElixDose does not control or determine charges imposed by customs authorities.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact elixdosemusic@gmail.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If tracking shows that a package is lost, delivered to the wrong location, or damaged during transport, contact us at elixdosemusic@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping provider and provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
