Return requests

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery unless the product page states another lawful eligibility rule. Contact elixdosemusic@gmail.com with your order number before sending an item back. A return is not approved until you receive written instructions.

Product-specific return destination

ElixDose products can be fulfilled by different suppliers. The approved return address depends on the exact product, supplier, destination country and reason for return. Do not send returns to the legal business address shown in the footer.

If one order contains products from different suppliers, separate return parcels and destinations may be required. Sending an item without approval or to the wrong address can delay or prevent inspection and refund processing.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels, accessories and proof of purchase included. Product-specific conditions shown on the product page also apply.

Personal-use and non-returnable items

Opened or used personal-use products may not be returnable where a return would create a safety or hygiene risk, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Final-sale items, gift cards and accessed digital products can also be restricted, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly and include photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing time can vary. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after supplier processing or shipment has started.
