Order Tracking

1. Check your order status

Open the order-status link in your order confirmation email to review your purchase and its current status. Payment confirmation does not mean the parcel has shipped.

2. Track your shipment

Once your supplier dispatches the parcel and a tracking number is added, shipment tracking becomes available. Carrier scans may appear later than the tracking number. Orders sent in separate parcels can have different tracking numbers.

3. Missing an email or tracking number?

Check the spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If your order is marked fulfilled but has no tracking number, contact us so we can check the shipment with the supplier.
